Why your AI gives you useless answers
Ask ChatGPT what to offer on a novation and it hands you something generic, hedged, and wrong on the math, because it is answering from the whole internet. It has never run a deal. It does not know the spread floor, the condition scale, what a title company says when it has never papered one, or what to say when the seller goes quiet on day nine.

Every course, every training, every coaching program has the same hole in it. You get handed a pile of material and you are supposed to go through all of it. Then months later you are standing in the exact situation that material covered, and either you do not remember it, or you never got to that part, and you are certainly not going to stop and hunt through twelve hours of video while somebody is waiting on the phone.
So the answer exists. It is just nowhere near you at the moment you need it.
This puts it seconds away instead. A seller says something you were not ready for. You are drafting a contract and you are not sure about a clause. Ask one cold and it pulls incomplete pieces off the internet, fills the gaps with numbers it invented, and drifts a little further from the truth with every answer.
